Unveiling the Latest Cellar & Vineyard Delights + August Music Lineup!

Greetings everyone and happy August!

We have been asked to break our newsletter into shorter more manageable “snippets”; I will try!  This newsletter is dedicated to Cellar/Vineyard Happenings and our August Music Schedule.

Cellar & Vineyard Happenings

We have been busy getting ready for bottling our 2020 Reserve Syrah and 2021 Syrah, Grenache and fortified red dessert wine “Bonne Nuit”.  Mark has also started working on our 2021 vintage red blends.

In the vineyard, we continue to manage growth, and “green prune” clusters as we get closer to harvest.  The vineyard is lush, healthy and we are excited to harvest this year’s bounty.  The weather has been perfect with warm days, cool mornings, and nights.  These are ideal conditions to help the grapes retain their acidity and will assist in creating red wines with age ability and crisp, mouthwatering whites.
