Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc offers a pronounced medley of citrus aromas dominated by grapefruit, candied lemon, kumquat, with tropical notes of lychee and passion fruit.  Aromas of honeysuckle, honeydew melon and lemongrass are also present. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acidity, medium bodied with bold citrus flavors, tropical fruit underpinnings with notes of melon, gooseberry, almond flower, and tea leaf rounding out the palate. The finish is lasting and highlighted by grapefruit, lemon curd, kumquat, and lemongrass.
