Domaine Artefact’s Les Beaux Blancs is a white wine blend that pays tribute to Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc. The wine has a pronounced aroma of honeysuckle, jasmine, Anjou pear, mandarin oranges, with tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango and hints of dried lemon.  Fresh cut herbs add to the complexity of the aroma.  On the palate, the wine is dry with a medium body and medium+ acidity, offering an amplified taste of ripe pear, orange marmalade, dried apricot, lemon zest, and honeysuckle.  The finish is extremely complex and lasting, tantalizing your tastebuds with citrus marmalade, apricots, and honeysuckle.
