ZB Savoy is a serial songwriter and performer. He is a San Diego native who spent a decade as a writer, producer and recording engineer in Los Angeles working with such Major Label acts as Black Eyed Peas, Unwritten Law, Tim McGraw, Pepper and 311 and many others.The draw of family and his hometown stomping grounds drew him back to San Diego where he has been planted for the past 20 years. He plays and writes music full time. He fronts the classic country band The RHSand is releasing his 4th full length original record in 2023.His influences as a writer and musician stretch back from old school country greats like Willie, Merle, and Dolly to indie rock artists like Built To Spill and Fugazi. But his music is most informed by americana songwriters like Ryan Adams,Jason Isbell, Sturgil Simpsonand Zach Bryan.He continues to operate the namesake “ZB Savoy”men’s accessories company he started in 2011. And lives in downtown San Diego With his wife and 2 kids, just 5 miles from the house he grew up in.
