Medium aromatics with notes of candied cherry, raspberry and strawberry preserves. On the palate, the wine is dry, has medium + tannins, medium acidity and body – very well balanced. Ripe bing cherries, zesty red plum skins and strawberry preserves dominate the palate with notes of white pepper, with a subtle oak presence providing depth and character. The finish is lasting and bright, accentuated by ripe cherries, and plums.
