Roussanne boasts pronounced notes of honey and caramelized sugar, along with sweet citrus and ripe honeydew. Bosc pear, toasted hazelnuts, and hints of cut grass. The wine is dry with medium body and medium acidity. The finish is long and complex, dominated by honeydew, lime, citrus blossom, floral notes, and lingering minerality.
