Domaine Artefact’s Les Beaux Blancs “the beautiful whites” has pronounced honey aromas with tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango, as well as hints of dried lemon, kumquat, grapefruit pith, and yellow apple. Fresh cut herbs and fennel add to the complexity of the aroma, along with warm, subtle honeysuckle floral notes. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium body and medium acidity. The finish offers bright floral, citrus, and tropical notes.
