A “classic” Grenache with exuberant aromatics, pronounced notes of strawberry, red cherries, and raspberries with undercurrents of warm earth. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, with medium tannins, offers bright acidity with an herbaceous quality. Whole cluster fermentation adds a luscious texture to the wine, which is evident throughout the tasting experience. The finish is medium with mouthwatering ripe red fruit complemented by subtle notes of white pepper.
Aromatics: Ripe strawberry, and red cherries with notes of mint and warm earth.
Palate: Dry, medium bodied, medium tannins with bright acidity and ripe red fruit, and fresh herbs.
Finish: lingering, bursting with ripe strawberries, cherries and notes of white pepper.
Food Pairings: Savory dishes with beef (barbequed or roasted), lamb (grilled), chicken (roasted), turkey, veal, pork or duck grilled, roasted or braised, grilled mushrooms, mushroom and parmesan risotto, foie gras. Perfect wine for your Thanksgiving feast!
