A “classic” Grenache Blanc with pronounced aromatics of lemon zest, nectarine, lime, hay, tart green apple, sage, pear skin with a hint of minerality and jasmine/hawthorn flower. The wine is light bodied with medium+ acidity. The palate amplies aromatics of grapefruit, lemon curd, lemon and lime zest and marzipan. The lingering finish is cleansing, with bright lemon/green apple notes. 54 cases produced.
