“As the Crow Flies” is a red wine blend crafted in the GSM style with an emphasis on Grenache. It features pronounced aromatics of ripe red fruit, including Bing cherries, raspberries, stewed strawberry, and plum, complimented by blueberries, and damp earth. On the palate, the wine is dry, full-bodied, and has medium acidity and tannins. The finish is long and complex.

Palate: dry, full bodied, medium acidity and tannins, Grenache elevated red fruit characteristics with Syrah and Mourvèdre adding rounding blueberries, herbal (mint), with undertones of wood char, vanilla, cocoa, cherry cola, spices, and damp earth
Finish: long and complex with silky tannins and a “close your eyes”, baked berry tart driven finish
Food Pairings: GSM blend is a versatile food pairing wine that works particularly well with dishes featuring Mediterranean spices including red pepper, sage, rosemary, and olives.
