This one’s for the cheese lovers & wine drinkers!

Join us for a special Wine & Cheese Pairing in the Olive Grove, featuring world-famous cheeses from Puglia with Vito Dicecca of Caseificio Dicecca and Baby Dicecca.

Vito (aka the “Rebel Cheese Maker”) is a celebrated cheesemaker and chef from Puglia, featured on Stanley Tucci’s Searching for Italy (season 2, episode 7) and written about in the LA Times. We’ll start with a welcome glass as he guides us through a live demonstration of fresh mozzarella and burrata, sharing generations of knowledge from his family’s farm.

From there, we’ll drift into the olive grove for a three-wine and cheese pairing curated by Domaine Artefact, where each pour is chosen to bring the cheeses to life. Served with local, farm-fresh small bites, the tasting features cheeses straight from Vito’s family farm, each paired with a Domaine Artefact wine:

• Provolone with truffle
• Provolone with peperone crusco
• Don Vito pecorino
• Ricotta salata
• And the wildly addictive Blue Cheese Amore Primitivo, paired with Domaine Artefact’s library-reserved port!

Additional cheese will be available for purchase at the end of the event.
