Join us for a fun, date-night-worthy Valentine’s Day Dinner at the winery.

Our candlelit evening begins at 6:30 pm with a welcome glass of sparkling wine or a handcrafted cocktail, accompanied by a tantalizing assortment of heart-shaped crostini and Carol’s famous rosemary cocktail mixed nuts.

As you enjoy appetizers, guests who wish to get hands-on are invited to roll up their sleeves and join the fun. Together, we’ll prepare our dessert—a lemon olive oil cake with lemon glaze made using our award-winning olive oil—along with champagne vinaigrette, toasted pistachios, and a chèvre-tossed mixed green salad. (Participation is completely optional—watch, sip, or jump in!)

While you enjoy your first course, paired with a glass of our crisp Grenache Blanc, our chef de cuisine and sous chef, Lynn and Kristin, will prepare a classic Shrimp Scampi.

The main course is paired with a glass of our library 2023 Les Beaux Blancs, and just as dinner concludes, the lemon olive oil cake will be fresh from the oven, cooled slightly, and ready for glazing.

Dessert will be served warm and paired with a glass of our Sunset Magazine Gold Medal Vin de Paille dessert wine from our private library. Espresso will also be available.
